The Department of Energy (DOE) has approved Verus Resource Management, Inc. to provide project facilitation for ESPCs. As an approved project facilitator, our support includes acquisition compliance and project development facilitation. Moreover, we work with project acquisition teams to build strong relationships between the energy services company (ESCO) and federal agency. Our support starts at project formalization and ends when the project performance period is reached.

cost, and pricing values are accurate and agreeable. Our negotiation services provide contracting officers valuable information to work through the project process and negotiate a fair, effective, and successful project.
 

Our support doesn’t conclude at project award. We support agencies to help ensure their measurement
& verification (M&V) programs are effective at programmatic and project levels. Our M&V support allows
agencies to understand and interpret performance. If project savings are not achieved, we offer the
capabilities to support recourse and project modifications.
